LINGO cannot currently perform range analysis on quadratic programs.  You’ll need to disable range analysis by running the Solver|Options command, selecting the General Solver tab, and set the Dual Computations option to disable range analysis.  On platforms other than Windows, you’ll need to set the DUALCO option to disable range analysis.
