LINGO can run multiple linear programming solvers in parallel on multi-core machines.  You have requested to run the barrier solver in parallel, but your installation does not have a license for the barrier solver.  You will need to run the Solver|Options command, go to the Linear Solver tab, and disable the request to run the barrier solver in parallel.
