LINGO can run multiple linear programming solvers in parallel on multi-core machines.  You have requested to run the Primal2 solver in parallel without also requesting the barrier solver.  You will need to run the Solver|Options command, go to the Linear Solver tab, and either enable the barrier solver to run parallel or disable Primal2 from running in parallel.
