The model debugger may not currently be used on stochastic models.  As an alternative, you may generate the stochastic equivalent of the model and debug it.  One common problem that makes stochastic models infeasible is having continuous random variables that can take on negative values.  These negative values may get assigned to other variables with default lower bounds of zero, making the stochastic model infeasible.
