38. NSLPDR
When NSLPDR is set to 1, LINGO’s nonlinear solver will use successive linear programming (SLP) to compute new search directions. This technique uses a linear approximation in search computations in order to speed iteration times. In general, the number of total iterations will tend to rise when SLP directions are used, but on some models overall runtimes may improve. LINGO defaults to using SLP directions.
