The Nonlinear Solver Version option on the Nonlinear Solver tab:

may be used to select the version of the nonlinear solver.  Presently, there are two options: Version 3.0 and Version 4.0. LINGO defaults to using Version 3.0, but you may find that on some models Version 4.0 can perform better.
